PAS#5 and PAS#6 have been reassigned to the Hayfork Ranger
District in the Shasta Trinity National Forest. They have been doing some
initial attack, supporting burnouts, and mopping up.
Engines E601 and E604 did a crew swap in Miles City, MT.
Extreme drought conditions and gusty winds continue to plague eastern Montana.
The engines are part of an initial attack taskforce and they have been fairly
busy.
